Philosophy
Minimalism shapes the whole product. We bring uncompromising engineering into a restrained form, with equal attention to the quality of the light and the experience of using it. A panel should belong in your home and fit naturally into the way you live.
We build our panels to lead the market in performance, quality and original development. Each generation advances what light therapy can offer at home, while keeping the product clear and purposeful. Our small, hands-on company puts the investment into the engineering and the finish, so you get more for what you pay.

Development and service
A longer working life
We do our best to help with repair requests, however old your panel is. Keeping a product in use is part of our responsibility. We also participate in recycling schemes for packaging and electrical equipment, helping fund collection and treatment when they reach the end of their useful life.
Three-year coverage
Every panel includes three years of repair or replacement coverage for manufacturing defects under our limited warranty. If your panel needs attention, contact us directly and we will help you arrange the next step.

Certifications & recycling
Certified & compliant. Our panels carry CE, RoHS and UKCA certification, with an FCC Supplier’s Declaration of Conformity. Our responsibility also extends to the packaging and the panel’s eventual collection for recycling.

Our interest in red light therapy began in 2021. Since then, we have dedicated all our time to bringing the best products to market, including world-first innovations such as our dual-use panels.
Our aim is to give customers the highest quality at the lowest possible price. We keep HELIO small, do much of the work ourselves and put the savings into the product.
Our responsibility extends to how the panels are used. We are committed to being 100% honest about their performance and providing clear, practical instructions for achieving real-world results.
