RLT is primarily known for its well-proven benefits for the skin.
Just like the most obvious effect of UV-light on the body are the ones that we can see on the skin (tanning and aging), the most obvious benefit of red and near-infrared light is improved skin.
The list of skin-benefits is long: rejuvenation, reduction of fine lines and wrinkles, improved skin tone, skin density and radiance, youthfulness, collagen density, and reduction of pores.
Meanwhile, it also helps alleviate any symptoms one might experience from various skin conditions such as acne and eczema.
All of these effects have been proven countless times in controlled clinical trials and by anecdote.
For us (biased as we may be), a one-time investment in natural therapy that gives us healthy, and thereby attractive, skin, is a much better way to maintain it, rather than a lifetime ‘subscription’ to, often extremely expensive, anti-aging products that do more for temporary appearance, than actual cellular health.
(Of course, nobody says you can’t do both.)
Just like a healthy diet helps you maintain both overall health and the beauty of your body, so does RLT.
